Stevivor’s GOTY Awards for 2019 are underway — today, we honour the best Switch game of the year.
Stevivor’s Best Switch game/exclusive of 2019
The was the toughest platform-based award of the year, with plenty of first-party titles from Nintendo for their handheld-home hybrid.
We’re pleased to award Luigi’s Mansion 3 with this year’s honours. The spooky title beat out the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Pokemon Sword and Shield for the honours.
“Luigi’s Mansion 3 is a hauntingly good time, packed with charm everywhere you look,” Steve wrote in his review of the game. “As someone who has once dabbled in the franchise, I’m already hooked.”
