We’ve (almost) a full listing of Resident Evil 3‘s Records, otherwise known as mini-Achievements (or full Achievements!) that will unlock new game modes, models, concept art and most importantly, Points for the new in-game Shop.
The Records list is below — and be warned, it’s spoiler heavy. We’ll also include a cheat sheet with all game mode unlocks.

Resident Evil 3 game mode unlocks
Where possible, we’ve linked to handy Stevivor guides that’ll help you obtaining these.
- Nightmare game mode: Complete the game on “Hardcore” or higher (Veteran Record)
- In Nightmare, enemies are more aggressive, enemy attacks are stronger and enemies & items will appear in different locations than in other modes.
- Inferno game mode: Compete the game on “Nightmare” or higher (Conqueror Record)
- In Inferno, enemies are stronger than in Nightmare, there are fewer typewriters and item boxes and autosave is disabled.
- All costume unlocks and weapon unlocks are now via Points in the Store
