Spider-Man Miles Morales Gadgets guide

Spider-Man Miles Morales is almost out now on PS4 and PS5, and this guide details all the gadgets and upgrades that are available in-game.

There are 4 Gadgets with 4 total purchasable upgrades to collect each. Spoilers continue on below this paragraph in the form of descriptions and costs. Read at your own peril!

Still with us? Great! Unlocking a gadget upgrade will require one or two resources, detailed below:

  • Activity Tokens: These are obtained by using Ganke’s app and completing red icon crimes. Crimes will also pop up on the map if you’re near one. Finally, you’ll receive these from side-missions too. You can gain bonus tokens by completing optional objectives (air launches, dodges, etc).
  • Tech Parts: These are obtained by looting Underground Caches. They’re displayed on the map by icons that look like chests. Roxxon and Underground gang hideouts also sport the parts.
