It sucks in a good way.
We’ve only got a few awards left in our 2022 awards program! Up today is Best Switch Game of 2022.
Nintendo first-party titles always win this category (and for good reason), and it was tightly contested. In the end, Stevivor’s staffers voted Kirby and the Forgotten Land as this year’s winner.
“Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a delightfully delectable game – Kirby eats what he wants and takes you along for a short and sweet ride,” Ben wrote in his review.
“The rare blend of linear levels following 2D guidelines, played in 3D, suits Kirby as well, if not better than, the Mario games that will draw comparisons.”
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is, of course, available on Nintendo Switch.
