Spider-Man Remastered goes standalone on PS5 later this month

Tied to Miles Morales no more.

Spider-Man Remastered will go up for standalone sale on PS5 later this month, Sony has today announced.

Prior to the change, the only way to play Remastered was to purchase Spider-Man Miles Morales‘ Ultimate Edition.

PS5 players will have the option to purchase Spider-Man Remastered outright for $49.99 USD, or upgrade from any PS4 edition of Spider-Man for $10 USD. Players also have the option to upgrade a base version of Miles Morales to its Ultimate Edition.

In Australia, it’s likely that $10 USD upgrade fee will equate to $15 AUD.

Both Spider-Man Remastered and Spider-Man Miles Morales are both available for standalone purchases on Windows PC via Steam if you prefer that platform.

We’ll update this post with Aussie pricing when available; we’d reach out to Sony for comment, but they don’t return our requests for comment.
