Ubisoft has released the first details for Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Wind Bastion. The Year 3 Season 4 content introduces two new operators: an attacker and a defender from the Kingdom of Morocco.
The female attacker is worldly explorer, who has tackled the Saharan desert, climbed the Alps, and trekked through asian rainforests. She is resourceful, with a knack for pushing back the enemy.
The male defender is the commander of the Moroccan Groupe d’Intervention de La Gendarmerie Royale (GIGR), stationed in the country’s kasbah.
Operation Wind Bastion includes a new map, Fortress, which is the first to be heavily associated with an operator, the commander, as a training facility set in the Atlas Mountains.
Fortress is split into two sections and will offer a range of open and covered areas, plenty of roof access, and lines of sight for close quarters and long range combat.
As is usually the case, the first reveal of Operation Wind Bastion is merely a taste. The full reveal will be made on 18 November at the Rainbow Six Pro League Finals in Brazil.
Rainbow Six Siege is out now for PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
