In one of his trademark Twitter flurries of activity, Xbox Boss Phil Spencer has opened up about what fans can expect to see from Xbox at Gamescom 2015.
We already know Crackdown, Scalebound and Quantum Break will be shown at Gamescom, but Spencer mentioned that there will be games shown that were not included in Xbox’s E3 briefing.

Spencer also mentioned that both Crackdown and Quantum Break have impressed him which should bode well for fans. He hinted at some surprises for the show, stating that he believes Xbox is getting better at keeping surprises and avoiding leaks.
Neither ReCore, Gears of War 4 nor Sea of Dreams will be shown at Gamescom, Spencer confirmed. Gears won’t be shown because, as Spencer puts it, “Yea, we can’t really show Gears in Germany,” presumably due to the tight classification restrictions. Both ReCore and Sea of Dreams aren’t being shown as the team’s are busy working on development and creating a demo would take time away from getting the title’s completed.
