NBA 2K22 pricing, upgrade schemes confirmed for Australia

Here's what you'll pay for what, and where.

NBA 2K22 pricing was today detailed by 2K, and we’ve got all the Australian details you’re after below.

Here’s what you can expect to pay, depending on version and platform:

NBA 2K22 Standard Edition pricing

  • Nintendo Switch, Windows PC: $89.95 AUD
  • Xbox One, PS4: $89.95
  • Xbox Series S & X, PS5: $109.95 AUD

NBA 2K22 Cross-Gen Digital Bundle pricing

  • Xbox: $124.95 AUD
  • PlayStation: $124.95 AUD

NBA 2K22 75th Anniversary Edition pricing

  • PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch (digital only): $149.95 AUD

How do last- to current-gen upgrades work?

Like NBA 2K21‘s Mamba Forever Edition last year, the 75th Anniversary Edition includes a copy of both last- and current-gen NBA 2K22 on Xbox or PlayStation alongside a host of other in-game goodies that we assume include Virtual Currency and the like.

A special Cross-Gen Digital Bundle will is a bit cheaper and offers access to both generations on either Xbox and PlayStation, and doesn’t include those extra 75th Anniversary goodies.

NBA 2K22 is available for pre-order today and heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and Switch on 10 September. We chatted to the Nets’ Kevin Durant about his third cover appearance here.
