Forza Motorsport 7 unveiled in true 4K

Microsoft unveiled Forza Motorsport 7 as the first game running on Xbox One X in true 4K at 60 frames-per-second during its E3 press conference.

But it wasn’t just a virtual reveal. For the first time in history, a flagship supercar made its worldwide debut on stage at E3, the Porsche 911 GT2RS — naturally it can be played in Forza 7.

Dan Greenawalt, Creative Director at Turn 10 Studios, promised racing is “more dynamic and surprising, “more thrilling and competitive” and “more beautiful and alive” with the power of Xbox One X, as “racing is reborn” in Forza 7. It’s the most technically advanced, and comprehensive racing game ever made.

The short live gameplay demo showed off a track in Dubai, played by a professional racing driver. Check it out below.

Forza Motorsport 7 heads to Xbox One and Windows PC on 3 October. It’s an Xbox Play Anywhere title.
