How to change PS5 DualSense speaker volume, haptics, trigger intensity

Stevivor’s just reviewed the PS5 and now we’re onto guides. This one’s all about how to turn down the DualSense’s internal speaker or how to amend its haptic feedback or adaptive trigger functionality.

To amend DualSense settings, do the following:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Accessories > Controllers

From there, you can change the following:

  • Volume (Speaker for Controller): Slide all the way to the left to turn if off, or adjust accordingly.
  • Vibration Intensity: You can choose between Off, Weak, Medium or Strong.
  • Trigger Effect Intensity: You can choose between Off, Weak, Medium or Strong.

There you have it!

The PS5 heads to store shelves on 12 November. We reviewed it here.
