Zombies in Spaceland revealed for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

The zombies mode for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been revealed as “Zombies in Spaceland” overnight.

With an all-star cast featuring David Hasselhoff, Paul Reubens, Seth Green, Ike Barinholtz, Jay Pharoah and Sasheer Zamata, it’s set in an ’80s space-themed amusement park.

The episodic mode tells the story of four aspiring actors — the jock, nerd, valley girl and rapper — invited to audition by horror director Willard Wyler at an odd movie theatre. Unexpectedly, the wannabe actors are transformed into characters from Wyer’s film set in the 1980s to fight hordes of zombies to escape with their lives.

The Hoff plays the amusement park’s resident enigmatic DJ, who will be an invaluable resource is getting out alive.

Zombies in Spaceland is an all-new zombies experience where day-glow meets fright nights,” said Infinity Ward’s Brian Bright. “It’s accessible for new players, but also has a deep layer of progression, brimming with easter eggs and various game features that will be a blast for hardcore zombies fans. We can’t wait for fans to go hands-on this fall.”

The first gameplay will be revealed early tomorrow morning.
