Xbox One gets a $50 holiday price cut in the USA, but not in Australia

Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox One will receive a $50 USD price cut for the holidays in the USA, but sadly, that won’t extend to us Aussies.

We’ve confirmed a lack of price cut in Australia with a Microsoft representative this morning.

If you’re still in the market regardless — we hear Sunset Overdrive and Halo: The Master Chief Collection are prompting some of you to buy a console — you can grab an Xbox One without Kinect for $499 AUD, bundled with Assassin’s Creed: Unity and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. That’s still pretty cheap, eh?
