Halo 5: Guardians brings us the first squad based Halo game and now 343 Industries is bringing a little bit of that attitude to multiplayer with Spartan Companies. Check out the introduction video below:

Companies will be limted to 100 members (better than four at least) and joining will reward players with one free REQ Pack for customising their character plus your company will be able to wear unique emblems, banners and colours. You can find out more over at Halo Waypoint.
