Sony’s official PS4 Remote Play app to PC, Mac in the works

Sony had today confirmed that an official PS4 Remote Play app is heading to both Windows PC and Mac.

Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida made the announcement via Twitter:

Some people asked if we plan to provide Remote Play function to PC, and yes, we are indeed working on an official application for PC/Mac. :D

Yoshida didn’t specify when the app would be available.

An unofficial, paid app is currently being offered in the meantime.
