RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 2 casting now open

RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 2 casting is now open, RuPaul, World of Wonder and Stan have today confirmed.

Those interested in taking part in the casting process can head to this link to apply.

The casting call is open until 9.30 pm AEST on 5 October, according to the website… though we note that daylight savings kicks in on 3 October. Better get in early just to be on the safe side.

RuPaul features in a new video encouraging queens to apply — it’s below. Season 1 was meant to be filmed in Sydney but moved over to New Zealand due to the COVID-19 pandemic; it’s unclear at present as to where this new season will be filmed.
