A Resident Evil 4 Remake is allegedly next up from Capcom, a new report from VGC suggests.
The report alleges that the RE4 Remake is already in development and handled by M-Two, an Osaka-based studio headed up by former PlatinumGames head, Tatsuya Minami.
VGC continues to report that original RE4 game director, Shinji Mikami, was offered to lead the remake, but declined. Mikami, who leads The Evil Within‘s Tango Softworks, has reportedly given Capcom his blesssing with the new project.
Capcom has recently asked Resident Evil fans if they’d like new games and/or remakes — looks like they’ve already decided.
