Fortnite on Nintendo Switch rated in South Korea

Fortnite on Nintendo Switch has been rated in South Korea, giving more legitimacy to an official announcement at E3 next week.

Fornite was rated by the Korean ratings board on 1 June, describing the game as “a third-person shooter action Nintendo [Switch] game that collects resources and builds defensive fortresses to stop monsters” in the process.

For those interested, the title was approved for players 12 years or older.

In May, rumours of a Nintendo Switch release of the popular battle royale-slash-world builder began. Considering the success of the title — and its recent release on iOS — a Switch release seems likely.

We’ll have more on Fortnite on Nintendo Switch as it becomes available.
