Black Panther game coming from EA: report

It'll be a single-player, open world affair inspired by Respawn's Jedi Fallen Order.

EA is working on a Black Panther game and it will be a single-player, open world affair, according to a new report.

Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb is at it again, spilling the beans on the title.

According to Grubb, the title is very early in development, but is looking to cash in on the success of Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.

The title is allegedly codenamed Project Rainer and is said to be in development at EA’s new Seattle studio, which is headed by former Monolith Productions head Kevin Stephens. Monolith, of course, was the developer of the single-player Middle-earth Shadow franchise

It’s likely a long time until we hear anything official from EA on the matter; we’ll of course keep you posted as we learn more.

In the meantime, are you excited for a Black Panther game?
