Pokemon Go content coming free to Prime Gaming members

It's time to redeem!

Pokemon Go content will go free to Prime Gaming members as part of a new relationship between Amazon and Niantic.

“Over the next several months, Trainers who are Prime members can claim bundles of bonus items—including Poké Balls, Max Revives, and more—in Pokémon GO every two weeks,” Amazon said in a press release.

Prime Gaming members can start redeeming goodies from today, 20 May in Australia, and can check back every fortnight. Today’s bungle includes 30 Poké Balls, five Max Revives, and one Star Piece.

To redeem the bundle, do the following:

  • First, head to this Prime Gaming page and login with the same credentials as your Pokemon Go account
  • Redeem online: Head here, login and enter the code you’ve received from Prime Gaming
  • Redeem on Android: Open Pokemon Go, tap the Poké Ball menu, enter the Shop and redeem your code

The next Pokemon Go Community Day is scheduled for 11.00 am to 2.00 pm AEST (or the same window in your local time) on 21 May.

Pokemon Go is currently available on iOS and Android devices. For more Prime Gaming goodies, check this post.
