Need for Speed: EA will release a new title this year

EA used a recent earnings call to reaffirm that a new Need for Speed title will be released in 2017.

Aside from an autumn release window (spring here in Australia), no other details were not given. The release year matches a previous commitment made by developer Ghost Games back in May last year.

Recently, EA trademarked Need for Speed: Arena, so it’s likely that’s the name of the upcoming title.

We’ll keep you informed as we learn more.
