Minecraft allegedly sells 10,000 units per day

The New York Times today reports that Minecraft sells 10,000 units per day across all available devices.

Microsoft says that 40% of the game’s userbase is female, while average player age sits at 28 years old.

Minecraft most recently became available on the Wii U.
