Melbourne based indie developer League of Geeks has announced that after being a success on Kickstarter and spending the last few months on Steam Early Access, its tabletop inspired title Armello, will be released on PS4 later this year.
Armello is a combination tactical board game, card game and tabletop strategy game rolled into one and brought to life. Players select a hero who begins the game in the Clan area. By using action points, they traverse the board and find a range of actions available as they move through each hex tile. Actions include exploring dungeons, random encounters, improving health and capturing a region for your clan.

The PS4 edition of Armello features a redesigned UI, brand new high resolution assets and specialised controls to suit the DualShock 4.
Armello is available now on Steam Early Access for Linux, Mac and PC. The PS4 version will launch in September.
