Guardians, it’s time to break open the piggy-bank and get on down to either JB Hi-Fi or EB Games because Sony and Activision have today announced that the Destiny “The Taken King” Limited Edition PS4 is available for pre-order.
The bundle — which costs $569 AUD — includes a white, 500GB Destiny-themed PS4 and a physical copy of Destiny “The Taken King” Legendary Edition which includes Destiny, “The Dark Below”, “House of Wolves” and “The Taken King.”

“The Taken King” expansion features a range of timed PS4 exclusives, these include;
- The Jade Rabbit exotic scout rifle
- A exclusive Strike called Echo Chamber
- An exclusive competitive PvP map called Sector 618
- Three legendary gear sets (Hesperos, Azoth Bend, and Neuroghast)
Those who purchase the Limited Edition will gain access to the same exclusive content found in the Digital Collector’s Edition; “three exotic Guardian class items with XP bonuses, three class-specific emotes, three armour shaders, as well as the early access Hakke weapons pack.”
“The Taken King” bundle will be available 15 September.
Destiny is now available for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
