Harmonix survey giving hope for Rock Band reunion tour

Rock Band fans, dare to dream. We have another sign that a revival of Harmonix flagship series is coming, with a survey being spread through Twitter asking some very pertinent questions about what gamers want from a current-gen Rock Band game. On the back of the surprising release of Rock Band DLC after a near two year absence, Harmonix is clearly testing the waters here.

There are significant technical issues to overcome here with regards to instrument and DLC backwards compatibility, and it may take some convincing to get platform holders on board with supporting last generation controllers. Is the time right for Rock Band to return? As somebody who is currently moving house and a plastic instrument stocktake revealed two drum sets, three guitars, two mics and a keyboard sitting under the bed or in cupboards, I say yes, it absolutely is time for Rock Band to come back.
