Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will be released on Xbox One and followed up by a release on Windows PC, Xbox head Phil Spencer today confirmed.
Spencer made the confirmation on Twitter.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition heads to Xbox One on 25 August. The Windows PC release is separate game, offering 4K resolution and unlimited refresh rates.
