Gears 4 Xbox One X enhancements mean the game will offer players the choice between two rendering modes. One of those modes offers 60 frames per second (FPS) gameplay.
The visual target will display the game at 4K resolution in both campaign and Horde mode, targeting 30 FPS all the while. In performance mode, the game will run at 1080p and allow for a frame rate of up to 60 FPS.
Multiplayer in both modes will hit 60 FPS thanks to adaptive resolution scaling. Whatever thay it.
