Game-breaking bug fix available now in Bloodborne update 1.02

Bloodborne’s game breaking bug — rendering the Lunarium Key unobtainable — has been patched in update 1.02 which is available now.

Along with fixing the Lunarium Key issue, the update also fixes a range of bugs including the ability for players to duplicate stackable items.

The game breaking bug was triggered by ringing either the Small Resonant Bell or the Sinister Resonant Bell while exploring the Forbidden Woods. Doing so would prevent the Lunarium Key from spawning at Byrgenworth College rendering any further progress in the game impossible.

This update does not appear to address Bloodborne’s long loading times, which was promised to be included in a future update last week.

Bloodborne is available now, exclusively for PS4.
