Fortnite Battle Royale is heading to Android in the coming months, developer Epic Games has confirmed.
The portable version of the crazy popular battle royale game is already available on iOS, after a successful port of the game that’s made a name for itself on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
“Fortnite is coming to Android,” Epic reminded gamers in a new blog post. “We are targeting this summer for the release. We know many of you are excited for this release, and we promise that when we have more information to share, you’ll hear it from us first.”
It’s likely Epic is speaking of the northern hemisphere’s summer, meaning the release should happen within June-August of this year.
Fortnite: Battle Royale is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and iOS.
