Five more Xbox 360 backwards compatible games are now Xbox One X Enhanced, offering 4K support on the Xbox One X itself.
As detailed today during Microsoft’s Inside Xbox briefing, the new Xbox One X enhanced backwards compatible games are as follows:
- Splinter Cell: Double Agent ($3.98 AUD for Xbox Live Gold members)
- Splinter Cell: Conviction ($14.97 AUD for Xbox Live Gold members)
- Splinter Cell: Blacklist ($11.98 AUD for Xbox Live Gold members)
- Fable 2 ($29.95 AUD)
- Fable 3 ($29.95 AUD)
Noticing a theme up there, eh? The list, so close to E3 2019, makes us hopeful we’ll see a new Splinter Cell game announced by Ubisoft alongside a new Fable title from Microsoft. We’ll have to wait and see, eh?
Ubisoft’s Yves Guillemot has recently spoken out about the possibility of a new Splinter Cell game, saying there’s tremendous pressure on the publisher to get it right. Last year, rumours of a new Splinter Cell game were swirling… and weren’t paid off, sadly.
Which of the above Xbox One X Enhanced games do you want to take for a spin?
