Star Trek Online and Star Trek Timelines are offering First Contact Day freebies in celebration of the (fictional) first meeting of the human and Vulcan peoples.
It’s First Contact Day today in North America (5 April), and that means the following items are free (or will soon be) in each game:
Star Trek Online First Contact Day freebies
A free Borg Pack is available from 2-16 April on PC and 9-23 April on Xbox One and PS4. It contains: 4 Borg Lock Box Weapon Packs, a Borg Bridge Officer, and Small XP Boost.
The free Borg Pack is accessible via the Promotions tab of the C-Store.
Star Trek Online is also running a First Contact Day event with access to more items. The game is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.

A free giveaway pack will offer access to (1-Star of) one of the following 5-Star characters until the end of Monday, 6 April (in North America):
- Phoenix Cochrane
- C.O.P. Founder Picard
- Lily Slone
