Rainbow Six Siege ANZ Women’s League starts March 2020

A Rainbow Six Siege ANZ Women’s League will begin in March 2020 thanks to a partnership between Ubisoft and XP Esports.

The competition will be open to women in both Australia and New Zealand, with the first matches starting 1 March 2020. Those wishing to register can do so here; entry is free.

The tournament will offer up a $3,000 AUD prize pool, broken down as follows:

  • 1st: $1,500 AUD
  • 2nd: $1,000 AUD
  • 3rd: $500 AUD

“I am very excited to be working with XP Esports and Ubisoft on this league,” Tegan Whitehead, Women’s League Director, said. “We hope to see content creators, gamers of all levels and spectators fully support this event to ensure we are creating a fantastic future and opportunities for women in gaming.”

Rainbow Six: Siege is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
