EB Games details “Fast Pass” system for next-gen launch days

EB Games Australia will use a “Fast Pass” system in its stores, and has started calling customers who have next-gen pre-orders to discuss how it works.

A rep from one of our very own local stores has confirmed that if you’re able to pay the full amount owing on your console in advance, you’ll be given the aforementioned “Fast Pass”. This will enable you to pick up your console on launch day with very little messing around.

Further, stores are also contacting customers that were initially placed in the second wave of console supplies to let them know they’ve been lucky enough to be bumped up the que into wave 1 thanks to cancellations.

So check your voicemails people! Are you one of the lucky ones?

EB Games has also offered up a VIP trade-in deal that’ll reduce the cost of your new console — its available now for Victorians and very soon for everyone else.
