EA Play via Xbox Game Pass for PC delayed into 2021

It's on console right now, though!

Access to EA Play titles via Xbox Game Pass for PC has been delayed into 2021, EA and Microsoft have today advised.

The service was made available to those on Xbox One and Xbox Series S & X back in November and was scheduled to roll out to PC sometime this month. Sadly, that will no longer be the case.

“When we originally set out to write this blog post, which would announce the availability of EA Play on PC with Xbox Game Pass, it looked a little bit different,” an update on Xbox Wire detailed. “Unfortunately, what had been a celebratory post is now one asking for a little more patience: We made the decision to delay until 2021 the release of EA Play on PC as part of the Xbox Game Pass for PC and Ultimate memberships.”

A set date in 2021 hasn’t been announced as yet; we’ll keep you posted.
