Dying Light 2 delayed to February 2022

Whoops.

Dying Light 2 has been delayed to February 2022, Techland has recently confirmed.

We were expecting the title from 7 December and will now have to wait until 4 February 2022.

“The team is steadily progressing with the production and the game is nearing the finish line,” Techland CEO Pawet Marchewka wrote on Twitter.

“The game is complete and we are currently playtesting it. It is by far the biggest and most ambitious project we’ve ever done,” Marchewka continued. “Unfortunately, we’ve realized for us to bring the game to the level we envision, we need more time to polish and optimize it.”

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is now expected on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5 from 4 February 2022.
