The live-action Titans TV series has cast the leader of the Doom Patrol, Dr. Niles Caulder. The character, also known as The Chief, will be played by Narcos star Bruno Bichir.
The Chief made his first appearance in My Greatest Adventure #80, a paraplegic with a genius level intellect. He’ll appear alongside other members of the Doom Patrol in the series, which is quite notable because Titan Beast Boy used to serve as a member of Chief’s team.
Other confirmed actors in Titans include Robin (Brenton Thwaites), Hawk (Alan Ritchson) and Dove (Minka Kelly), Ryan Potter (Beast Boy) and Anna Diop (Starfire).
Titans will air alongside Young Justice‘s third season later this year.
