New survivors, revamped survivors, Art the Clown, and more.
Dead by Daylight has celebrated its tenth anniversary with a host of updates detailing new survivors, new killers, new modes, and glow ups for existing characters.
Dead by Daylight new survivors and killers
First, the next killer to head to Dead by Daylight is none other than Friday the 13th‘s Jason Voorhees. Players can expect Jason this week, from 17 June here in Australia.
Next up is a new survivor called Shane Wiigwaas, described by Behaviour Interactive as “the game’s first Indigenous Survivor.” Shane will be added to the mix on 26 June here in Australia.
Later this year, players can expect Art the Clown from the Terrifier franchise in November. This will be followed up with Frank Stone from Behaviour’s standalone The Casting of Frank Stone — finally — in March of next year.
Dead by Daylight revamped survivors and new cosmetics
Behaviour will also add new cosmetics skins, and revamped existing survivors, it detailed. You can get a small taste of revised character models thanks to the image of survivor Kate Denson, below.

A host of new cosmetics and skins are also planned, including Scooby-Doo, The Walking Dead, Silent Hill f, Diablo, and more.
Dead by Daylight new modes
Finally, two new modes were detailed in the stream. The first is a competitive 1v1 mode where a survivor and killer will be pitted against one another in a best of three rounds series. The winner will be the one with the longest chase or survival time in a round.
Another new 4v1 mode with zombies was also detailed, with the killer’s goal to turn all survivors into zombies.
