Danganronpa publishing to be taken over by Spike Chunsoft

Danganronpa publishing will soon be taken over by Spike Chunsoft, it today declared.

The news comes after the announcement that several Danganronpa titles — as published by NIS America — would soon be removed from the PlayStation Store. As we predicted, the move was made in order for Spike Chunsoft to re-add the titles itself.

“Attention, students: Spike Chunsoft, Inc. will take over publishing for the Danganronpa series,” a tweet from earlier today reads. “Please look forward to an official statement once details are finalized.”

We’ll keep you informed as we learn more. For now, the first Danganronpa title to be removed from the PS Store will be Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls (PS Vita) on 31 August 2020.
