Collection of Mana out today, Trials of Mana coming soon to Switch

Square Enix dropped a bunch of Mana, with two big announcements during the Nintendo E3 Direct.

Collection of Mana is an “out today” surprise for western regions, which wraps up the first three games in the series —  Final Fantasy Adventure, Secret of Mana, and Seiken Densetsu 3 — in one simple package for Nintendo Switch.

The compilation was released in Japan back in 2017, and is the first time Seiken Densetsu 3 has been released outside of Japan, where its original release on the SNES dates back to 1995.

Square Enix also announced Seiken Densetsu 3 is getting a full modern remake, as an action-RPG, where it will adopt the English name Trials of Mana. It’s set to arrive on Switch and PS4 in 2020.
