Avengers’ Spider-Man comes after Black Panther on PlayStation

Patience, those on PS4 and PS5.

Spider-Man will still head to Avengers on PS4 and PS5, but don’t expect him there before the newly announced Black Panther.

Speaking with IGN, Crystal Dynamics head Scot Amos said Spidey will still coming… just not at a fast pace.

“I can tell you that, formally, officially, people are working on him right now,” Amos told the outlet. “So it is still on our roadmap for the future.”

Avengers has an official roadmap that details content up until the midpoint of 2021; Black Panther and the War for Wakanda expansion is scheduled for a summer 2021 release in the northerm hemisphere — so sometime around June or July in Australia — Spider-Man is nowhere to be found.

Avengers is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X, PS4, PS5 and Stadia. It also offered up its second Hawkeye and current-gen console update earlier this week.
