Aussie Broadband changes may cause problems on PlayStation & Xbox

ISP Aussie Broadband has alerted customers to potential issues gaming on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and last-gen consoles as a result of system changes “in response to an increasing worldwide shortage of the IP addresses”.

“Most of our customers will not notice any change. However, if you’re a gamer or host services, you may find an issue when using an Xbox or PlayStation,” the internet service provider sent to customers.

However, it sounds like an easy fix. If you are with Aussie Broadband and all of a sudden have issues gaming that weren’t there before, call them and they should be able to fix it for you.
