Alan Wake 2 DLC detailed by Remedy

We're in for a treat!

Alan Wake 2 DLC was recently detailed by Remedy and gives players a great idea of what they should expect.

The first of the 2 announced pieces of DLC is titled Night Springs, the fictional, Twilight Zone-like television show that has appeared in Alan Wake, Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, Control and now Alan Wake 2.

“Visions and dreams,” Remedy said of the DLC. “Fiction is written and coming true. Fiction collapses and remains just words on a page. These are those stories… in Night Springs.”

The expansion will let us play as “several familiar characters from the world of Alan Wake”, allowing us to “experience the unexplainable in multiple self-contained episodes”.

Next, the second piece of DLC is called The Lake House and seems to be focused on Control and its Federal Bureau of Control.

The Lake House refers to a “mysterious facility situated on the shores of Cauldron Lake set up by an independent government organisation to conduct secret research… until something goes wrong”.

Keen observers may have already noticed where the Lake House lies within the Cauldron Lake map.

Alan Wake 2 is now available on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PS5; we reviewed it here.
