1666 Amsterdam 30-minute demo out now ahead of larger early access release

Yay?

Patrice Desilet’s 1666 Amsterdam has a 30-minute Prologue demo available for download ahead of the game’s larger early access release in future.

“Entities known as The Originals have lived for centuries, granted time, granted power, and the freedom to abuse both. That power is now owed,” reads a description of the game.

“Noa Brooklyn was born The Collector, raised by the Zaindaris for a purpose she did not choose: taking that power back.”

The title has long been in development — Desilets was given the IP from Ubisoft way back in 2016.

If you’re interested in playing, you can grab the demo here on Steam, or here on Epic Games Store.

1666 Amsterdam plans to head into early access on Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store later in 2026.
