Avengers has been upgraded to harness the power of the PS5 and Xbox Series S & X current-gen console lines, but those on PS5 will have to go through a special process to bring their game save from PS4 to PS5.
Here’s how to do it:
- Inside the PS4 version of the game (on PS4 or installed on PS5), ensure you’ve updated the game to its latest patch
- Next, launch the PS4 version of the game and select Save Migration from the tabs on the main menu screen
- Close the PS4 version of the game and launch the PS5 version
- You’ll be prompted to download your save files on the PS5 version at this point
The above must be completed to carry your save file over — using the PlayStation save system won’t work as Avengers is a live service title.
Avengers is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X, PS4, PS5 and Stadia.
