This Japanese Pokemon Go megastop is a gaijin’s dream

Stevivor’s stumbled onto a Japanese Pokemon Go megastop that’s sure to be the highlight of any gamer’s trip.

Located directly west of Shinjuku Station at a local Yodobashi Camera store, the area is easy to find – there’s a gigantic Pokémon mural that is accompanied by a number of Pokemon-themed benches.

Once you’re comfortably seated, be prepared to be barraged by myriad Pokémon and Pokestops – all within your reach. Even better, the Yodobashi Camera offers free wifi so tourists can jump into the fray and catch ‘em all.

We’ll include images of where to find the special Pokémon Go stop below — otherwise, head to 1 Chome-11-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo 160-0023. Enjoy!

Pokémon Go is available now on iOS and Android devices. The game recently added Adventure Sync, incorporating either smartphone’s fitness data into the game to help hatch eggs and earn Candies.
