Horizon: Zero Dawn guide: Get the secret Shield Weaver armour

Complete the Puzzles

Head to the Ancient Armory which can be found here.

The best way to find your way in is to set the Ancient Armory quest as active and follow the way points. This quest will be available after you’ve found your first Power Cell. You will be led up a rocky path and will eventually find there is a big hole in the middle where you can safely drop down into water.

Once inside continue forward until you locate the armoury where you’ll spot an area on the wall where you can insert two of your five Power Cells.

You’ll then need to rotate the locks in the right combination. To do this activate your focus and point the reticle at the display on the right of the locks. You’ll see a hologram with a series of numbers that represent the time in twenty four hour format. Treating each lock as an analogue clock face, rotate the locks so each one represents the times listed in the hologram.
This will open a door giving you access to the room that houses the Shield Weaver Armour but to access it you need to find another series of locks requiring the remainder of your Power Cells.

Explore the room and you’ll soon find a walkway that’s partially damaged. Walk through here and you’ll easily find that set of locks. After inserting the remaining Power Cells use your focus to light up the panel on the left which will once again give you the codes for this puzzle. This time the codes represent degrees of rotation which is equally straightforward as the puzzle prior. Once complete you can collect your armour from the main room which is delivered in the form of a treasure box box that needs to be opened in your inventory.

Equip your new armour and voila! Aloy is now even more bad-arse than before.

Enjoy!
