BossLogic is “taking it day by day” in COVID-19 self-isolation

With the COVID-19 coronavirus crisis impacting most everyone and everything, Stevivor asked Melbourne-based artist BossLogic how he was keeping healthy, engaged and productive.

“I’m doing pretty good, all things considered. Everyone’s going for it. So I’ve just been trying to learn new skills, basically. Taking it day by day,” Kode ‘BossLogic’ Abdo told Stevivor while promoting his new Assassin’s Creed Valhalla reveal artwork.

“I’ve ended up [buying] home gym equipment just because our gyms are all closed. Gym is essential because I used to go there with my brother [Shadowloo HQ’s Ali Abdo] at least three times a week,” BossLogic continued. “I have to keep on the right track.”

Personally, I’ve been inspired by BossLogic’s committment to a healthy mind and body in the last few months, so hearing self-isolation isn’t holding him back was great news. To Kode, I say keep at it!

BossLogic recently finished up a monster eight-hour session overnight creating the first piece of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla content. A full CGI trailer from Ubisoft follows early tomorrow morning.

Yesterday I posted this on twitter responding to a account trying to be funny putting others down. I thought I should post it here as an update to you all. Back in January I made a post about me along side a photo of me for the first time publishing a pic of myself and the reasons why physically and mentally boxed myself away behind a screen from society. Come December I’m in a better place This last year has been the best year of my life I have progressed so much health wise, I feel better and I am in a better headspace so I work better and my career has blown up just from that and in 2020 I want to push myself more with the help from the people around me. gym 5 times a week (like you got cast in the mcu ?) structure my work hours, sleep more and start my day at 4am (rise and grind @therock ) not sleep at 4am haha.. It’s still a super hard f***ING road but I’m walking it day by day, and I have a lot of fans messaging be about it, they are on it too. You guys got this and you inspire me to keep at it. Fuck the people on the internet that put you down and poke fun, I’m sure they have a world of problems they need to fix. So you be the light, pull the focus back on you. I’ll update you guys in a few more months, stay awesome, stay kind. Much love to you all ❤️ Ps. shout outs to @kumailn making everyone want to hit the gym ?? ///
