Xbox Game Pass Core library detailed

Here they are.

Microsoft has today detailed the full list of titles available inside the Xbox Game Pass Core library and we’ve got the confirmed catalog of titles for you to peruse right here.

As we’ve detailed, Xbox Game Pass Core replaces Xbox Live Gold and offers online multiplayer access and a library of titles to subscribers.

As of 14 September 2023, a total of 36 titles have been confirmed, though Microsoft has also stated that the “game library may vary over time and country”.

Update [1 December 2023]: Microsoft has confirmed new additions to the library; they’re detailed below.

The confirmed titles are as follows:

  • Among Us
  • Astroneer
  • Celeste
  • Chivalry (6 December 2023)
  • Dead Cells
  • Descenders
  • Dishonored 2
  • Doom Eternal Standard Edition
  • Fable Anniversary
  • Fallout 4
  • Fallout 76
  • Firewatch
  • Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition
  • Gang Beasts
  • Gears 5 Game of the Year Edition
  • Golf with your Friends
  • Grounded
  • Halo 5: Guardians
  • Halo Wars 2
  • Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
  • Human Fall Flat
  • Inside
  • Limbo
  • Ori & the Will of the Wisps
  • Overcooked! 2
  • Payday 2: Crimewave Edition
  • Powerwash Simulator
  • Psychonauts 2
  • Slay the Spire
  • Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition
  • Stardew Valley
  • State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition
  • Superliminal
  • The Elder Scrolls Online
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
  • Totally Reliable Delivery Service (6 December 2023)
  • Unpacking
  • Vampire Survivors

It’s an interesting mix of first- and third-party titles alongside games old and new. Most notable are the lack of the most recent entries in Microsoft’s own Halo and Forza Horizon franchises; if you want to play Halo Infinite or Forza Horizon 5, you’ll have to pony up for Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate instead.
