A pre-order page for Destiny‘s Digital Guardian Edition on Xbox.com, now pulled, confirmed that the game will be available for pre-order and pre-loading before the game’s 9 September release.
Polygon grabbed a screenshot of the page before it was pulled.
The image, below, said Destiny was available for pre-load and that it would unlock for play on 9 September.
Though the page is still offline, a Microsoft representative confirmed that Destiny will be available for pre-load.
“We’re thrilled to make Destiny available for pre-order and pre-download for Xbox One owners around the world. This option was available for a short period of time before the official pre-order window opened,” the rep said. “We’ll have more details to share soon about the pre-order and pre-download window for Destiny.”
Destiny will be available for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One from 9 September. It is also available for pre-loading on PS4.
