Ok, when we say ahead of launch, we mean here in Australia. Those lucky North Americans have had their hands on PlayStation 4s for a couple of days now, while here we sit, twiddling our thumbs and waiting patiently.
To ease — or possibly increase — the pain of waiting, Sony has released a video walkthrough of the PS4’s UI and menus. Vice President of Sony Network Entertainment Eric Lempel gives us a look at just how much quicker and more fluid the PlayStation 4’s interface and menus are when compared to the current, sometimes painfully slow, PS3.
In the video, Lempel guides us through “What’s New”, Twitch streaming, friends list, and the PlayStation Store.
