Microsoft has identified an issue with Purchase and Content Usage on Xbox One.
The issue crept up at least 24 hours ago, with Overwatch users noticing purchased Loot Boxes weren’t being credited to accounts. While the Xbox Live Status page was showing a “Limited” error on Purchase and Content usage at that time, it’s now saying everything’s normal. A tweet from Xbox Support just now says otherwise:
